Orange Chicken!

Chicken:
3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breast- cut into 1 to 2 inch cubes
1/4 cup of corn starch
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoon Sherry
1 tablespoon Chinese 5 spice
1 inch of vegetable oil in cast iron skillet

Place cubed chicken in a bowl. Mix all remaining ingredients together (except oil). Let sit in your fridge for at least 30 minutes. Heat oil and sauté the chicken. Cook chicken for around 10 minutes. Cut a piece open to check to make sure it is not pink inside.

Sauce:
1/4 red pepper diced for garnish- sprinkle on top for great crunch
1 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Sambal
1 fresh orange- skin peeled and julienned
1/4 cup of dark brown sugar
Heat and reduce on stove for 10 minutes.
2 tablespoons of corn starch and 3 tablespoons of water. Stir together vigorously. This is called a slurry. Add this to sauce, reduce heat, and stir. This will thicken your sauce.
1 or 2 bags of Asian Steam vegetables. We used Birdseye!
This happens to be Jason's favorite fast food meal. This is my quick at home version. Enjoy! Remember, you can ROCK THAT PLATE!
