Slow CookerTurkey Breast!

Turkey Breast:
1 turkey breast- any weight you want
1 tablespoon tarragon
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper- a liberal amount
3 cups water

You will need a crock pot. Fill the bottom of the crock pot with the water. Place the turkey breast inside. Liberally sprinkle salt, pepper and tarragon on the bird. Turn on low and cook for 5 or more hours.The turkey will be super moist and fall off its bones. This is crazy easy and delicious. I hope you will try this. I served the turkey a fresh baked baguette with whole baked sweet potato, sautéed spinach, and cranberry sauce. Remember, you can Rock That Plate!
