Banana Pudding!

It is all dressed up and ready to go to the party!
This is the pudding over the cookies!
 You are building layers!
 Cream cheese topping! Yum!
 More bananas!
Beautiful, sweet, and cloud like fresh whipped cream topping!
A couple of years ago, on the Food Network, I watched Paula Deen make "Not Yo' Moma's Banana Pudding". Paula's is great, but I have included white chocolate and cinnamon!  I also build mine into layers. You can serve this "semi frado". You can actually slice it into squares after freezing partially. That makes for a nice presentation. This is my spin on this outstanding dessert. Here we go!

 You will need:
1 bag of Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies, 4 to 6 ripe bananas, 1 box of Jello white chocolate pudding mix, 2 cups of milk, 1 block of cream cheese, 1 small can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract, & 2 cups of heavy whipping cream.

1st  layer:
1 bag Pepperidge Farm Chessman cookies (1/2 bag bottom layer, and 1/2 bag reserved for the top layer)
Place 1 layer of cookies in your pan.

2nd layer:
1 box Jello white chocolate instant pudding
2 cups of milk
Whisk together until pudding consistency is achieved. Smooth over the cookies.

3rd layer:
2 banana's
slice and cover previous layer.

4th layer:
1 small can of sweetened condensed milk
1 block of cream cheese **completely softened**
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of good vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients together. Smooth mixture over previous layer.

5th layer:
2 banana's
slice and cover previous layer.

6th layer:
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons of powder sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Whip all ingredients in a bowl until you achieve stiff peaks. This takes around 3 minutes. Smooth this over the previous layer.

7th layer:
top with the remaining Chessmen cookies!

This is a taste bud sing and dance number! It sounds complicated. It is really not. It will have people loving you! Your pot luck dance card will be filled to the max! Remember, you can ROCK THAT PLATE!

This is sooo funny that you posted this! A few weeks ago someone brought this same exact dessert to a funeral dinner that I attended. I had never had banana pudding with these cookies. It was really the best I had ever tasted and my girls loved it, too. I think this is the recipe! Thanks for sharing and I'm going to make it for my girls! Come link it up on my blog under the recipe tab when you get a chance!!! please! lol
