Pork chops with herbs De Provence and white wine!

Pork chops with herbs De Provence and white wine! Frozen asparagus warmed in chicken stock and tossed with lemon. Mashed potatoes made with sour cream instead of milk!
4 center cut pork chop around 1 1/2 inch thick- any thicker just finish off in oven at 350 degrees
1 tablespoon herbs De Provence
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup white wine
1 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon margarine (I use Flieshmans olive oil margarine) or butter
Get your olive oil smoking hot! Really smoke is good! Add your chops that have been rubbed with herbs De Provence, salt and pepper. Resist the need to move them around in the pan. Wait 2 mins. and flip. leave alone for 2 mins.. Now add both the stock and wine and reduce on medium until sauce reduces to around 1 cup. Right before you want to serve finish of with the margarine or butter!
Easy and super yummy! Remember- you can, and I can ROCK THAT PLATE!
