Tacos! Tacos! Tacos!
2 to 3 pounds of ground beef

3 scallions- small dice
cheese- your favorite..we like extra sharp cheddar!
Brown the ground beef with 1/4 cup of chili spice blend. Heat taco shells at 350 degrees until warm and crisp. stir in scallions with the beef after the meat is browned. Add 1/4 cup of chili spice blend and 1/4 cup of water. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Fill shells with meat, cheese and toppings.
